The Luna Wolves under the command of Garviel Loken have been requested to scour the last of the greenskins from the agri world of Ullannor Secundus.

2 thunderbolts from the Apostles go onto CAP to protect the skies from the green menace. The Orks start the game doubling forward with a battle wagon mob of Bad Moons...into the fire lanes of the overwatch devastators. The Orks take a few caualties but keep going, laying some blast markers on the devastators and killing 1 of them. In return Loken launches a speartip into the mob with a ground attack from his thunderhawk with 2 units of assault marines. The marines break the Orks who flee and never recover. Loken calls in an extraction from a waiting thunderhawk.

The first blitz brigade emerges from cover and doubles forward to reach an objective but with insufficient range to target anything. The predators in return advance and open fire scoring a number of hits and placing blast markers, contesting the objective. Evil Suns bikers double to support the brigade and threaten the predators. On the other side of the battlefield the second blitz brigade doubles and lays a blast marker on Tactical Formation Delta. They then advance and fire into the brigade. Retaining the second predator formation lent fire support and broke the brigade who fled. They were later targeted by the second devastators who destroyed them.

An ork landa dropped from orbit and launched an assault on the whirlwinds guarding the blitz objective. With no support the whirlwinds were destroyed. The Stompa mob failed to activate and managed to emerge from behind cover.

Turn 2 began with teleporting terminators appearing beside the stompas. With a surge the empty thunderhawk flew down the fire alley, dodging flak and placed a blast marker on the stompas and lending support to the terminators who destroyed the stompas.

In response the evil suns bikers doubled back down the fire alley and laid blast markers on the terminators before the second ork landa descended to lay waste to the remaining terminators and the lone thunderhawk.

The speed freaks sustain on Tactical Squad Delta who break and flee. The predators supporting Delta double to their objective and fire onto the remaining blitz brigade.

The thunderbolts, thinking that the Bad Moons mob is their Break Their Spirit launch a ground attack but only manage to take out a stand of Nobz. The mob survives denying me the tie!

With the Thunderbolts failing in their mission the Orks win the day by having 1 objective (Blitz) to the Luna Wolves 0.

Result: Win for Orks
